This class is all about learning what type of apps will work for you. The most asked question of me, as an Educational Technology Specialist, is "can you show me some apps?" This class was created so that I could help other educators know how to find their own apps and find what works for their teaching style. I have typically likened the aforementioned question to something along the lines of "what is your favorite hair on your head?"
The most effective way that I have found for teachers to find apps that can work for them is by seeing apps and experiencing them in real-life. We will be experiencing and experimenting with some apps today and will hopefully give you some new tools for your trade. |
